Feed a 1/4 – 1/2 cup mixture of wet food and dry kibble 3 times a day. Refrigerate after opening and follow instructions on the dog food can for expiration.

First shot for parvo is administered at 6 to 8 weeks old. Your veterinarian will administer the second shot 3-4 weeks later and a third shot at 6:00 3:00 to 4 weeks after that. At 16 weeks the rabies vaccine needs to be administered by your veterinarian.
How do I keep my puppy safe?
Your puppy cannot be taken anywhere where he/she can be exposed to parvo until all shots are completed. This includes grass and dirt or any unwashed surface. Basically keep your puppy in the backyard or in your home away from potentially unvaccinated dogs. Parvo can live in the ground for 10 years.

We recommend you have your puppy examined by your veterinarian within 72 hours after you pick it up.
